Celebrated our anniversary and the best antipasto appetizer. Pasta and grilled steak and chicken and awesome dessert! Enjoyed Italian wine and such personal service!!! Even the owner greeted us and described the dishes! Thank you for such a memorable evening!!!!!

Amazing as always. As for any bad reviews: Jen Limbaugh, Really ? Look at you, enough said. Kragoth 85, maybe a big mac and supersized fries are more suited for your tastes and serving size. Parma is as authentic as it comes without an actual trip to Parma. The service is second to none. The owner is always hands on and demands excellence in every aspect of her business. I have never found serving size to be small and as far a value is concerned, try to find this quality in the food and service anywhere for less. It wont happen. Parma Restaurant. Simply, none better.

Parma is on the best restaurant list that's for sure..If you want a totally gourmet experience this is your place. If you want just amazing authentic delicious food that is also beautifully presented ...well, this is your place too. For those of you who think the portions are too small...because the portions here are more European style portions than the hefty America super sized ones ...just order more. For those of you who complain about a little waiting fill it with drinks and tasty appetizers . ...remembering that home cooking and cooking with fresh ingredients takes time. We are super lucky to have an Italian restaurant of Parma's quality in Fresno, California.

Generous portions of flavorful dishes prepared from fresh ingredients.

I don't even want to give this place 1 star. It's horrible, they were rude, unprofessional, and overpriced. I have called the health department regarding the cleanliness and they have also violated several health and safety codes. Don't waste your money, they are a low class establishment and will hopefully be shut down shortly.
