Today 5/3/18 my friend and I went to yard house for lunch around 1pm, place had less than 20 people total in there. We got our seat, water, appetizer... everything was going okay until the waitress brought our food and spilled a whole mug of hot water on my 2MONTHS OLD SON! From belly down The manager who was on duty came and I promise you he only said « is everything okay ? » while I was trying to get his pants off of him and calm him down! Did I forget what I mentioned he was on my lap so the water hot spilled on me too and I was soaking wet and hot! Never Again! We just paid for our food and got it to go Yard house has always been my go to restaurant/bar way back from Virginia Beach! Because of this accident, we’re Never Ever coming here again! They way they handled the accident was very inconsiderate and uncaring especially towards my baby. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed and traumatized. I’m just hoping my child doesn’t have blisters in the morning even after I put some cream on him

My friends wanted to celebrate my birthday and told me to choose a place to eat. I've never had a problem with Yard House ever. It's been a favorite for me until 4/23/18. I was craving steak and got the 12oz ribeye for $30. I asked for medium well and my steak over extremely well-done and over charred. All I could taste was how burnt the steak was. I'm not a big complainer in general, and so my friend told our server, named Ross, that I was unsatisfied with my meal. I did basically eat my whole plate because my friends and I were waiting for my other friends over an hour so we were starving and therefore, I ate what I had. Ross was nice enough to take my meal to let I believe he's the kitchen manager, or some type of manager in the back know. The manager, Angel came out and told me if I were dissatisfied with my meal, I should have said something from the beginning instead of saying nothing. I told him I'm not much of a complainer therefore was too shy to speak up, and he said it's not about complaining but making the food right for you. If that was the case, he should have noticed that my steak was not medium well from the first place. Angel just had a nasty attitude and ruined my ruined meal. However, Ross is such a great server. He apologized on behalf of Angel and said he handled the situation in the wrong manner. So I'm thankful for Ross. But this problem will definitely make me not come back to Yard House for awhile/ever get steak from here.

Always have a great time here whether is with friends or family. The drinks are always good and the food is amazing! One of my favorite places.

Great place to hang out and have a drink. Service is above average. Party of 11 all greeted and served quickly. Food was tasty and fresh upon arrival.

I got the Thai pizza which was actually pretty good, he got the tuna salad... it was a nice dinner. For the price I would expect it to be more..
