Apparently the only one smart enough to take a to go order is the HOSTESS Monica. I highly recommend DON'T place a to go order with anyone else because they don't understand and expect you to take the order however they made it all with a major ATTITUDE. I place the same order every week sometimes twice a week and told not to come back if I don't take the order the way it was WRONG. Don't worry you lost a good paying REGULAR customer at this location. I've heard from many people the waitresses are incompetent at this location and I always defended this location. I experienced first hand how incompetent they really are here unless you place the order with the HOSTESS of all ppl.

IHOP. The place for family and Pancakes. This particular IHOP is hidden but stillanages to become packed often which is no problem if they employees weren't so rude and actually paid any attention to service. You have to constantly ask for the same condiment until you get it from the manager on duty. And get a pathetic apology. Then you get your order. Your order is wrong. They forgot This or that or gave you an entirely different order to begin with because they just don't care or in there case "busy" but busy isn't always the excuse. By the looks of it. It's just carelessness. I wouldn't suggest ordered take out either. They screw up and by the time you realize it you are already home and don't want to leave. I've checked to see if they made everything before leaving but then I come to find half my food is cold and the other half is wrong.

Delicious and absolutely satisfying. Great service and very friendly staff. I didn't even sit for 5 minutes when our waiter came started to take care of us. I'm definitely going back.

Basic food. No frills. My pancakes were cold. The syrup dispenser was sticky. We asked for lemon twice and it never came. She kept saying she'd bring it. It was very busy so we let it go.

Food was good, service was poor, atmosphere same as all IHOPs.
