First thing to know is that the burger and the fries are top-notch, and among the best I have ever had. The shakes are great, and the self serve beverage has tons of selection. The service is also very good. The place is clean, and you get plenty of food. It is also nice to have the free peanuts with/before your meal. The only complaint I have is price, or it would surely be a five star rating. It is a little pricey, but the food is very good and of high quality. I mean, it really is a 4 and 1/2 star place.

5 guys is good, they messed up an order and fixed it. But the young manager reprimanded my wife for "not paying attention" when she read back the order.. well the order was correct and the staff made the error. It wasn't a big deal but the manager could use a little maturing. Also before we moved to tge area our local 5 guys offered bottomless fries, we assumed it was the same but I guess not here. According to the manager who didn't know where the bay area was "fresno county" doesn't give away fries... We don't have a problem buying more we just assumed a chain restaurant would all have the same policies. we won't stop coming to 5 guys for good burgers. But just a different location. My wife and son left first and the manager and cook both gave her a dirty look and said sonething about her. When they saw me she turned red and apologised. Again not a bad place and the wring order wasn't even a big deal but the manager needs to grow up.

Management might want to pay a little more attention at this location. The milkshake was watery and the bacon cheese burger was more like a mayo burger. Usually makes a pretty good burger from five guys but the team behind the counter dropped the ball on my latest visit.
