I would never go to this Subway ever again! Their customer service was horrible! Despite the fact that there were customers in line, there was only one person making the sandwiches! I could hear people in the back talking and laughing! The front end employee didn't bother to ask for help. Neither one of them cared for their customers! This location was kept clean! Their food containers were dirty and most of their veggies looked old and stale....specially the tomatoes! It saddens me that this is another Subway location that doesn't meet the franchise requirements! Would not recommend this place and definitely will not go back to eat there!

I have gone to this location many times throughout the years cause it's closer to my residence. The place is always kept clean, the prices are good (always deals)and customer service is also good. I recommend those doing a search on this location, to stop by and order. The other person that made the negative review, I highly doubt ,it was true. Especially when she said "another subway" which leads me to believe that she writes bad reviews on subway and maybe other places/companies ..which is pathetic! The employees (Manager,Frank,Navpreet and etc...) keep up the good work!

If I could give it 1 star I would! This is horrible. They closed 5 mins before 9PM in front of my face. Horrible service the girl just wanted to hurry up close and go home

Worst subway in Fresno. I know that's a tall order, but stick with me. I've been ordering the same sandwich at subway for about 30 years. Spicy Italian on wheat, cheese, light lettuce, lots of bellpepper, LOTS of onion, mayo no mustard, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar. Simple, pretty hard to screw up. I've eaten at this subway twice. The first time I ordered two sandwiches. My sandwich was made way wrong. ALL OF THE LETTUCE, literally two tiny pieces of bellpepper, no onion, a heaping handful of wax peppers, mustard, no mayo. My wife's sandwich was a stock Chicken something or other. Except when I got home, it was a BLT. I was in a hurry and didn't watch them pack the sandwiches. This was about six months ago. Stupidly, I gave them another chance today, this time just my sandwich. Again, ALL OF THE LETTUCE, twice I had to ask for more bellpepper, decent onion, mayo, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar. Fine. Mistakenly I thought it would be impossible to dick up wrapping the sandwich so I looked away for a few seconds to count my cash to pay for the sandwich. What I missed was that the girl (Navpreet I think her name was) proceeded to hose down my sandwich with enough mustard that it was literally dripping off of the sandwich when I unwrapped it. There had to be at LEAST 4-5 Tablespoons of mustard on this 6" sandwich. I don't eat mustard generally, it's just not my thing, but I have a hard time believing that ANYONE likes mustard THAT much. Now, I stopped at THAT subway because I was on my way out to a meeting, it was that or McDonalds (blech), it was 2pm, and I hadn't eaten anything all day. I had exactly 15 minutes after arriving at my destination to eat. I somehow managed to choke down what was the driest, oldest wheat bread I've ever gotten at a Subway, literally slathered in mustard. It was like the bread was toasted (it wasn't, I watched). If you want to absolutely hate subway, eat here, otherwise skip it. Drive to another subway if you've really gotta have a sandwich.
