First I'll say the chicken, it's Popeye`s, it was delicious! The facility itself looked pretty new, clean, all the modern self serve drinks, etc. The staff, they crawled likke snails, no sense of urgency whatsoever, in ANY of them. The front counter was a ghost town , took forever for someone to even acknowledge I was there. There was zero customer service skills in ANY including a woman who appeared to be the mgr., or supervisor. There were no smiles, no "thank you"`s. It seemed as tho customers were an inconvenience.

We stopped here because it was the closes place near by and our kids wanted chicken. We ordered four of their kid's meals....lets just say for the price the food was not worth it each of our kids got the chicken tender, yes just one, and my kids were disappointed. The chicken tenders were smaller than my pinky......on the bright side they all enjoyed the Popeyes fries; they are delicious.

The food was delicious but the people who work there are just rude. The guy working the drive through has no class at all. We wound up having to go inside because he didn't know how to run a temporary credit card. When we went inside it was filthy. There was two employees sitting doing nothing and just two more in the behind the counter, and no one behind the register for inside. There was garbage all over the tables and floor and the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day. We went there after 8 pm.

Got the special called Wicked....it was horrible. Chicken dry and fries limp and dry tasting. I love Popeyes chicken but not at this one. Corporate needs to check it out and fix it or they won't last.

Ok food but i compared to kfc not as good. Prices to much!
