Love the soups here. Broth is superb. A great meal for sure. I gravitate to food made with quality ingredients.

Bahn Mhi was great. Traditional Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce hit the spot for appetizers as well.

Very disappointing. My dad and I were really looking forward to some good Vietnamese noodle soup and decided on Phans55 because of the high ratings. We shared the crispy egg roll, which was pretty good and the reason for 2 stars instead of 1, but the seafood pho was flavorless and skimpy on the shrimp. A big bowl of pho and you’re only going to add three little shrimps?! They claim their broth is cooked for hours... maybe only the beef broth cuz this one tasted like it was made when we ordered; it had none of the flavors of long-simmered broth. Boooo.

Tried the top round beef pho for the first time and dayum...top quality pho. Most pho places usually only have pork and vegi spring rolls. It’s nice that they have spring rolls with many other options. The peanut sauce was a bit watered down and blan but the pho bowl flavor def made up for it. Plenty of seating inside and out. Pretty cool take on your typical pho restaurant. Overall good food. I give it a solid 4.5 only because I think the prices are a bit steep for the overall concept without that WOW type factor to justify prices.
