Hands down the most delicious meal I have had in a while. Their onion rings are unbelievable and the quality of their burgers is outstanding. The shakes are crazy good. Worth every penny.

I had placed a order For pick up during lunch hoping it would be done by the time I arrived but I guess that was to much to ask for. She had asked me over the phone if I wanted my sides cooked and I told them yes I would be there shortly in hopes to doge the long wait but they couldn’t even execute on that. Upon arrival I went to the side with sign above the terminal that said “web/phone orders” everyone seemed to be stressed out and ignored me and after some time I was finally helped out by a rude Latino with saggy breasts( not pleasant dude wear a bigger shirt or loose some weight) who seemed very agatated I told him I was here for pick up and he said okay we’re just waiting on the sides they didn’t cook them up and I told him I specifically asked for them to be cooked and he shrugged it off and said “well I don’t get em” and walked away.At this point it’s already been 15 minutes since I arrived and I understand there busy but what’s the point of calling in orders if your not gonna have them on time??Few complaints about this place, my biggest complaint is asking someone to cook there sides or not shouldn’t even be a option, yea let’s let them arrive and there burger can get colder then they already are while waiting for a side??This place is suppose to be a fast casual and charges a premium yet food can’t even come out quickly enough, place seem to be understaffed and and no one seemed to be in charge.

Excellent service and excellent burgers! Fast and tasty. A step above your average fast food, if you're thinking of going to one of the many quick service assembly line burger joints in the area, take a second thought and give this place a try. You'll pay a marginal premium, but the taste and experience will more than make up for the additional cost.

Food is always great here! I love the consistency in the food. In this last visit, the server was different and behave like he did not care about the order.

I had the lounge burger with raw onions , tomato pickle and lettuce. It was one of the best burgers I've had. Large thick patty, high quality meat and other fresh ingredients. Very filling. At $8 it was worth it considering the patty was at least twice as big as The Habit Burger which is $4(another one of my favorites). Also, the fries were good. I would recommend the Lounge burger. I went there past the peak lunch hour , so I didn't have to wait long.
