I found this place close to home on OpenTable made reservations and I was happily surprised. The location of small and quaint and features beautiful paintings. Great little place to look at art work. The restaurant features in open door floor plan so the restaurant is inside and outside with a few tables outside for outside seating. The food was delicious everything we got was very good, the service was nice the food was fast and they have a variety of Peruvian Cuban and other Latin American foods. The meals are big so go with an appetite. The price for food is also good.

I really enjoyed it here. The staff was engaging and friendly. The food was really good. I want to say the empanadas was the best "I" ever tasted I had the sausage empanadas 🤗😋.

This place has amazing empanadas. The Cuban pork is delicious. The lentil soup has to be tried too. We have had pretty much everything on the menu and you can't go wrong. This place is a hidden gem.

Cozy place but offers lots of flavor. The empanadas are excellent. Loved the sausage the best but they are all good! The sangrias are a nice complement to any of the dishes. Had brought my family to Cesar's bistro and they all loved it and had gone back for more. If it weren't for the distance they probably would have been regular customers. Some of our favs include the gaucho chicken, tilapia, sweet banana dessert, salmon. Honestly, we've tried everything except for the gaucho dinner for 2 and they are all delicious. Must try.

Very nice place clean and excellent service. The food was great and tasty . Price wise average . I'll go back .the restaurant is very small but confortable in a good part of town. Great place to enjoy a Lomo saltado Empanadas and some good South American food.
