My husband's family has been coming here pretty much since it opened in the 50's, I've only been a few times but I have loved it every time! We like the Minestrone Soup, then we order the massive Salad with their tasty house made dressing, a pizza with Sausage and it is so amazing!!!!! The atmosphere is dimly lit with hanging tea lights and iron grapevines, and they have a big barrel full of Lollipops and shirts for sale!

The oldest restraint in Long Beach. Delicious food. Highly recommends the ground sausage pizza and house salad. The house garlic dressing is incredibly delicious!

Never dissappointed. Consistent preparation and good service keeps me coming back whenever I am on this side of town. Parking is sometimes tough, but you can eventually find something.

I can't say enough about this restaurant. We needed a custom pizza without tomatoes and they did a great job. The antipasto was amazing. Their dressing was delicious. The staff was great. Food came quickly and was hot. Prices were great for the area. We were impressed and will be back.

Wow! This place is so good! We had the chicken Alfredo pizza, mozzarella sticks(huge) and the apple walnut salad and everything was great, even the salad had such a great flavor. Free soup with your meal and great bread basket oil and vinegar.
