1st time at this location in long beach. Ordered to go food with my daughter. We took the food back to her place, which was a short distance away. I ordered a chicken burrito. Chicken was cold inside the burrito. Yuck! Upset stomachs later. Won't go there again. My daughter said the experience there fluctuates according to who is working. Apparently not so much that night. Rest of food mediocre. Seriously it's a burrito and guac and chips. If you can't serve heated food, just lock up the place and move on.

Food was cold, but I’ve been to 3 other chipotles, in fact, my job is accross the street from one. However, the girl in the front tried to “lecture” me on rules that I’ve never heard before. I eat at the one by my job 1-3 times a week and have never been charged for sides (im aware of the sides that cost like guac, queso, etc.) She was being sassy. I dislike when people try to have power over petty things. Nonetheless, I won’t be back.

This place is great. The parking lot is busy sometimes. the employees are alway nice and are not "tight" with the meat portions.
