I used to love this place and one of the managers Roxy is great. However their prices have gone up a lot and it makes it hard for someone to be able afford to go out. Sometimes their is a bit of a wait to get a table but the food is generally good. I think the waiters are not as enthusiastic and customer service oriented as they were in the past. This company used to be known for their extraordinary customer service. Maybe they need to revisit their old methods. Especially when they are stickin it to ya for $10 a drink!

Great food for the value. We were served promptly. Our salads were satisfying to the taste. We received our lunch quickly. Our lunches were a perfect delicious meal. We had cocktails as well. The bartender had a heavy hand in pouring. We had a great time experience today.

Came in for a quick drink with a friend. Sat for 15min before getting service. Ordered a red wine (undrinkable) and a screwdriver (big glass of ice with a splash of OJ & maybe some vodka?) Two sips and I was left with a 16 oz of ice.

Great food , great service, and lovely employees. A great place to hang out with family or friends! I don't have anything against TGI Fridays.

I love going to TGIF with my friends but this was honestly the worst location I have ever been to. Our waitress was very unpleasant. When we first arrived she belittled my friends and I by calling us children when we are in our 20s and then making rude comments on our choices of what we chose to eat. After bringing out our food we were then informed that they were out of Mac and cheese, didn’t apologize or offer to look at the menu again just walked away. After receiving a menu from a different waiter and 10 minutes later we then placed another order. Never got any drink refills or were asked how we were doing the whole night long. Food was alright, but disappointed in the service and communication between the staff at this location. Ended up spending more money then we wanted too due to the fact that we would have changed our orders that came before she informed us the entire option wasn’t available.
