I am absolutely horrified how my grandfather was treated just now in this store! At the checkout my 87 year old grandfather asked why his oven roasted chicken sandwich was almost $10. The lady helping him looked confused and said that's just what it rang up as, he said it states a different price on the menu. She realized she made him a rotisserie chicken instead and when he stated that's not what he ordered she offered to make him a new sandwich. Like I stated before my grandfather is 87, while he's trying to understand what's going on another employee named Amy comes over and says so rudely and impatiently, "if it's just about the money I'll just give him a discount!" Then my grandpa said he'd just like the sandwich he ordered, so Amy says, "I don't have time for this!"
EXCUSE ME??? Who says that talking to an old man?? I was appalled! Then when I say, "excuse me?" She says in a very pissed off way "I'm running out of bread!" I look over and point to the case that's filled top to bottom with bread and tell her it looks full to me! She says angrily "its low!"
We end up taking the wrong sandwich and getting the heck out of there!! I will never go back and I'm so mortified for my grandpa who was treated awful! Amy clearly has no patience for the elderly and shouldn't be working in an environment with customers!
