Food was great, service was not the best. I get it though, they were pretty busy but still not acceptable. On the brighter note, I really enjoyed the food. The ribs were perfect. The lobster tail was a bit salty though.

Not the best TGI Friday’s experience I’ve had at the Northridge location. My husband and I were seated in a reasonable amount of time during dinner hours (8:30 pm) on a Friday night. But after getting seated, it felt like we were practically invisible! We had at least 3 different servers walk by, look directly at us and just kept on going without so much as asking if we have been helped or offering us a beverage. We didn’t have anything on our table, not even water. Trying to flag someone to stop and help was a challenge, so after about 10 minutes or so we got up and left. We told the hostess on our way out why we were leaving so that hopefully it wouldn’t happen to the next guest at that station. We won’t be going back there.

The bartenders are cool. I ordered long island tea and it was great! The food however, was cold. I ordered mozzarella sticks they were super soft, no crunch. And one of then looked to have been bitten off of. I recommend the drinks, food wasn't up to my standards.

The food was very good and the service was great. The music on the other hand is very bad. If all the customers were in their 20's that would be great for them, but most of the customers were in their 40-50 range and the bass was out of control . I left there with a really serious head ache and wished i had not entered this place at all.
