Really quiet inside all the time. Not terribly busy. The food is typical Carl's which means it's pretty decent. Their $5 All-Star special really can't be beat by any of the other fast food chains. I've never had a problem with the employees screwing up my order. Most of the counter girls are a delight. Hannah is terribly efficient, and always remembers return customers and their orders. The young lady is wasting her time just pushing the burgers. She's management material.

I ordered what I thought was the 2 sausage and egg biscuit special for $2.50, but didn't notice until after I paid that I was charged $4.50 and once I got to work found that I only received two sausage only biscuits, no egg. It's this sort of lack of attention to details that's going to cause this particular franchise to fail. Very disappointing in that I normally like Carl's Jr., but I won't be back to this one again.

Try $5 all star meal, lots of food and so cheap. This store was so fast my meal was ready less than a minute and also the fries was so fresh and hot. I like it.

Despite what others have opined, I find the customer service at this S.V. location to be terrific. I'm not a big time fast food freak, but the burgers here are extremely tasty and decent sized. And as a bonus, usually piping hot. I get waited on quickly, with a friendly smile. The daytime girls, Stephanie and Marissa are always eager to see that the order is right and that I'm satisfied. They do it happily, not like it's an imposition on their time. One plus is that the dining room is seldom very busy. My only complaint is that they could offer Wi-Fi, like many other chains.

Can't even get a simple order right when I ask for a plain hamburger, NO CHEESE with ONLY the MEAT & BUN!
