Every time I go here it is something, either they get my order wrong or they forget items. Kinda getting old, well tonight I went through and ordered the “honey mustard bbq” chicken little’s. That is what all the advertisements say all over the store, when I requested the “honey mustard BBQ” the employee told me they didn’t have it. So I asked ok so you only have The BBQ and the other one correct and she said and we have the honey mustard. I then said ok than can I please get the “Honey Mustard BBQ” she told me they didn’t have that one. After going back and forth for a while and feeling confused, I realized all their ads are wrong it is not called the honey mustard BBQ its just honey mustard. They need really need to fix their advertisements, they are advertising something that doesn’t exist.

Friendly service, however they don’t repeat order correctly at drive through. Finally get it correct. Get order & it’s not even close to what I had ordered, or even how the employee had repeated. Next visit the drive through speaker wasn’t functioning, no sign posted or employee outside to inform customers. Car in front of me sat there for several minutes waiting. She finally stuck her head out the window & explained, then pulled up. That ordeal took a long time. Felt awful for those on a limited time lunch break. I tried calling 5X’s, however no one answered & no voicemail. In frustration I called Taco Bell & explained my 2 visits in a row. I didn’t ask for it, but they sent me a coupon. I recently redeemed it. I’m not lying they messed up that order too! lol

Extemely slow! Watch out if they forgot anything on your order it will take almost 10 minutes for them to get it to you. I also loved watching the drive thru cashier play on her phone rather than do her job.

On a Friday night, (1/19/18) the hours are supposed to be open until 11:00 pm. The doors were locked tightly at 9:36 pm. Wth??? I could see employees inside. They would not answer the phone even after repeated calls. We drove quite a distance to get to this location. What a crock of s**t!
