I asked for some Bacon potatoe wedges, when I got home I had chicken nuggets. They were ok, freshly cooked, plus the girl at the window was very sweet, so, like others said, check your order. Their drive thru is not the slowest but not the fastest either.

I've been to this place exactly three times. The first time I visit this fast food restaurant, the food was cold. I thought nothing of it. No big deal. 2nd time, they had to confirm if they have not given me my change due upon purchasing my order. 3rd time, There were two vehicles ahead me. As both vehicles received their order and exit the drive through I am still waiting for someone to take my order. I'm sitting there in my vehicle for another couple of minutes, thinking something must be wrong. I slowly drove pass the window and I notice two Mexican women talking. I just drove off and had breakfast at McDonald's. Maybe they do not like servicing me. I don't know but my experiences there were all horrible. Jack and the box is indeed my favorite fast food restaurant but I could no longer go back there
