I've come here both times on my trips to California, and I must say it is my favorite restaurant by far. The service is impeccable, fast, and polite. The food is amazing, I've ordered probably 12-16 items from their menu and enjoyed them all. I highly HIGHLY recommend getting Xiolongbao if you do go. Be wary the restaurant is very popular and wait times can get crazy (up to two hours at dinner time) lunch time it's normally around 15 minute wait or so. If you're in the area and haven't checked this out.. go!

1 to 2 hr waits during the peak times. Sunday at 530pm we were given a 1 to 2 hr wait time so be prepared. Is it worth the wait? Yes. Food is fresh and I have not had fried rice better than theirs yet. Then of course their amazing dumplings. They also pump out food really quick, within 10 to 20 minutes of you sitting down despite the crowd. And the server still tended to us and never seemed rushed.

WOW! Went here on a Wed for lunch, 11 am, surprised to see about 40-50 people ahead of me. Figured I would have to wait. At 11am, everyone in line entered and was seated and there was already food being brought out to the customers. This was within 10 min of the door being opened. VERY very well managed. As soon as I sat, I was greeted and my order was placed. Was out of there by 12. Very good job to the entire staff. I wish all restaurants were this organized. Food is always good!

This is one of my favorite places to eat in SoCAl. The food is always delicious, fresh and hot. The service is fast and efficient. This is a great place to eat with a large group so that you can sample lots of things from the menu. I have tried just about everything they have to offer and have never been disappointed.

The food is amazing! We ordered dumplings and fried rice. Definitely worth the wait. We put ourselves on the waiting list then went shopping. They text you when they are ready to seat you. Very nice.
