I have eaten at many Jack in the Box restaurants. I usually love them. The team members are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is delicious. This, however, was the worst. The staff who took my order was so short with me as to be rude. Without another customer in sight (it was after 7 on a Tuesday) she was so rushed that it appeared she was mad at me for being there. There was no ice in the machine, and I had to ask for some at the front- I got the same treatment. Upon sitting down, I looked at the ceiling which was absolutely disgusting. I had to take a picture. After looking around, I realized they don't actually like people being there. It was one of the most unwelcoming fast food places I've ever been to. I recommend going a bit further down the street to TK Burger.

The drive thru took forever - 20 mins for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and a teriyaki bowl w an eggroll. food was cold except for fries. Egg roll was soggy and tasted of old oil. Fries were hot as heck and just from the fryer. But... Oil was not drained from fries properly, so they were very soggy with oil. They didn't give us sweet & sour sauce for egg roll, but gave us 4 containers of ranch instead (we did not ask for ranch). The chicken teriyaki bowl was cold in the middle and the chicken was very weirdly crunchy. Go to the Jack in the Box on Harbor & Wilson instead. This branch sucks.
