I keep coming here thinking the service will be better but end up with the same terrible waitress I always have. She never remembers to bring what we asked for, usually puts our order in wrong and routinely forgets about my table. Paying your bill can also be a hassle, as there are no adults supervising the high school driven front end and it ends up taking longer to pay for your meal than to eat it (that includes factoring in the delays of our not so wonderful server). I usually end up going to the Irvine location, as it is a well-oiled machine. They have goals set and treat their employees well and therefore provide amazing service to customers. It's 15 minutes out of the way but you are treated MUCH BETTER than this joke of a location. Do yourself a favor and skip the Foothill Ranch location and head to Irvine. You won't be disappointed.

Completely new management and owner. Interior completely remodeled (very similar decor, just more updated). Quality of food and order accuracy has improved dramaticallycar this location.

1st time visiting in years. Our waiter Humberto was pretty great!! He was very attentive and nice to our kids. We will definitely come again. Great service!!!!!

This location has really improved. Very happy & Denny's is Denny's - you always know what to expect as far as the food. I've always had good breakfasts at Denny's so visited this location on a recent Sunday morning. Walking in I was immediately surprised that this Denny's had the nicest interior of any I'd been in. Quite spiffy! The tables, chairs and booths were immaculate and the decor was simple but tasteful. And speaking of tasteful... I ordered the french toast with scrambled eggs and bacon & sausage. It was all satisfactory, nothing incredible. The service was inconsistent. She seemed to never be around when we needed something (coffee refill...syrup...to go containers...the check) but she was nice. It's a convenient location for me, and I like their outdoor patio, so I'm sure I'll be back some morning when I'm too lazy to make my own breakfast.

The first time with new management. Terrible experience! Waited almost 15 min for our order to be taken. When it did arrive it was cold. We were not offered coffee refills. Many tables around us were not bussed. Manager did not help waiters, instead stood by the register chatting. Bill did not come until we stood up to leave. Awful service and mediocre food. We live nearby and used to frequent this Denny's several times a month. We will not be back!
