An employee started making my sandwich without asking what it was, then, thinking he knew what he was doing and not questioning his actions, he gave me a cold steak sandwich with some ice still on it. Their service has gone downhill since I first moved here 9 years ago. So disappointed.

Normally I love Subway tuna and order it a lot. Every time, they use an ice cream scooper and scoop out a generous amount and spread it on my 6" sandwich. Except this store uses a cookie scoop,(about the size of a tablespoon)and no lie, 3 scoops only! It barely covered the bread, and when I said, "you're kidding, right? Is that all the tuna you're putting on a 6" roll??" The kid stared and a man walked up and said,"I think she wants a little more" so he put ONE more scoop! I could taste nothing but the bread and spinach I had put on it. I noticed especially lately, Subway is very stingy with the meat. A subway club has 1 each, very thin sliced ham, turkey, and roast beef. Sorry, Subway. You're too expensive to be skimping on the meat! If I wanted just bread, I'd have gone into Vons and bought that for lunch! From now on, it'll be Submarina or Jersey Mike's. At least when you bite into their sandwiches you get a mouthful of the meat, as it should be!

It's barely 11 in the morning and they have no mustard. Their vegetables are almost all gone and really soggy. Only one guy was working the counter at the time handling every task from sandwich making to ringing up customers. About 3 big house flies were buzzing all over the food and customers too. The food didn't taste bad, but it felt lacking. The employees did the best job they could but it appears the management isn't doing the best job they can be doing here. I don't think I'll be returning any time soon.

Sucks that when you walk in the door before the lunch rush, the line is almost to the door, 3-employees working behind the counter, one of them working on online orders only, onother working the counter and the third clocks out and leaves. Meanwhile they lose at least 7 customers who walked out due to the wait! Don't blame the two employees that were actually working, blame the owner for poor customer service and planning!

Very busy store. Always a wait.
