If Service is defined as polite and friendly, the staff here does well. The wait for the food though is where things are lacking. The food itself is okay, but that is just my opinion. Some might find the food great, it really comes down to personal preference. On almost every visit I have ordered a single meal for myself and the wait was at least a 30min wait whether it was busy or not, thus the critical star rating.

I had a terrible experience, when I walked in there were a couple people sitting down eating. I didn't think it would take 35 minutes for an 8 piece meal. I had only so long for lunch so I had to ask for a refund and leave. The manager gave me no apologies just asked me how I paid. She handed me my money back and it made me feel like it was my fault. NEVER AGAIN, NO customer service what so ever

The Food was good, yet there are a few service problems. First, there is no trash can for public use- this can be very disappointing when you need one. Secondly, the food took quite some time to be prepared.

I understand that working retail especially in the food industry is not always easy. I placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 8:09. I waited because my brother warned me they can be slow. So I get there about 8:20 and I was told they were working on my food right now (at 8:20!)...so I finally receive my food a little after 8:30. I get home and realize they didn't put my bread in the bag...ugggh....i call to let them know I'm on my way. After 3 tries and getting the busy signal, I finally get through to inform them I'm coming for my bread. I get there and guess what...im waiting again because the bread that was done wasn't fresh. So I wait another 5 minutes for some bread. I believe they have poor management. Workers should take pride in getting things right.

2 stars, only because the wings are good, the service it's awful, they forgot to give me veggies that I order, I went back to ask for it, a lady that looks like the manager totally ignored me, I asked to one of the employees and ignored me too, I had too raised my voice and tell them that I was in a hurry, at the end they gave me only one of the veggies order, the other one was not ready, I had to leave, the but they didn't offer a refund. They just said "ok bye ". I'll never come back "
