Not impressed. First time at a Romano's Macaroni Grill. There were a dozen of us on a reservation for Mother's Day. 1) I have a back problem and found the chairs to be very uncomfortable. 2) While I found the menu to be limited I did enjoy my meal: Small loaves of bread on the table to share. Lobster Bisque and the Lasagna Bolognese. Some of us, including myself had leftovers. The take home containers are a very nice metal pan with a cardboard lid crimped on. Reheating instructions are included on the lids. 3) Service was not good. I don't know if our waitress was new, but she had a hard time doing the job: she got several orders mixed up; she failed to bring refills when they were ordered; did not stop by to check on us very often; and as is usual with a large group she didn't ask if the check was going to be split. We ended up spending some time getting it straightened out after the meal. The place was not very busy while we were there so that wasn't even a excuse. 4) While I found my meal very tasty I thought the meals were overpriced. 5) The parking immediately by the restaurant is somewhat limited, but because it wasn't very busy none of us had a hard time finding a parking spot nearby.

Two things: 1. Bryce. He is awesome. One of the best servers I've ever had. Like top 3. Co-workers of mine who have visited this location (separately from me) also have nothing but great things to say about him. 2. Mac n cheese bites. Get the pick two appetizer thing.... and get two orders of Mac n cheese bites. Heaven

Great ambiance, and food is awesome. Our waiter was super friendly and on point. Unfortunately I don't remember his name. Recommend.

Horrible service in the bar section. We were told happy hour deals were only avail in the bar area, but that the bar section wasn't that busy. We waited over 1/2 hour to get waters and thankfully due to a patron eating/drinking at the bar he pointed out to a separate server that we needed someone to wait on us. Thankfully Alex cane to our rescue. I'm not looking for free handouts but I truly wish you could designate tips where tips are due. Alex deserved all the tips in the bar section that night. We informed the manager but we seemed to just get the thank you for your feedback now leave look/ response. Never gong back there anytime soon.

Enjoyed a personal favorite Italian dish as my wife did. Subtle lighting lended a European atmosphere, enhancing the friendly atmosphere of the staff along with the authentic flavors of the food.
