Pizza Hut

Live up the street from them. Always beat the time they say it will take. Never had a problem with them. Awesome delivery drivers and friendly people when I decide to get off my butt and pick it up. Been going though them for a while! Keep it up!..

I don't usually waste my time reviewing national chains. Usually they are all pretty similar; but this location was terrible. I'm new to Temecula and this was my first (and last) time to order Pizza Hut here. I was already annoyed when I got to the store (see below), but it tripled once I got there. I had ordered and paid online. But there was a group of 6 kids and their dad trying to order right at the counter. They had lots of questions and seemed incapable of grasping the idea or designing and ordering a pizza on their own. I had already ordered and paid online but was stuck behind this logjam of idiots just to pick up my pizza. There were two registers but only one person working the registers. Why have two registers if you're not using them on SATURDAY NIGHT?!? And there were several staff members wandering around past the counter, but no one offered to jump on a register and take care of the growing line. And the cashier helping this group looked at me several times but didn't offer to give me my pizza's (remember, already paid for) or ask any of his coworkers. As I mentioned, the frustration began when I started trying to order online and this location does NOT accept the specials on the Pizza Hut website. A plain cheese pizza here costs nearly double what I can get it for at Domino's and several other local pizzerias. When I got to the location there was actually a sign that said because of the high costs of doing business the poor mom-and-pop operation couldn't accept their prices. For some reason it''s NOT a problem for the Domino's right down the street and I can always get the website prices there. With the higher prices, you'd think they could get a second register open when some large group was trying to order right at the register. Even the Little Caesar's down the street has two people working the counter! Oh, and they also honor their famous national pizza price.

Was on the phone for six and a half minutes and the lady couldn't even take my address. She asked me four different times if it was for carry out or delivery while trying to take my address. Not sure why the address was so important seeing as I was trying to have it for carry out. I hung up the fourth time she asked if out was for carry out or delivery and she never even finished my address.

worst $35 ive ever spent on Pizza, boneless wings over cooked and slapped some sauce on it thats really gross, wont be back. yuck!!

The staff where great and Nick the manager there was great and was able to fix the problem. I'll still be coming back.
