This used to be a great place to bring the family but the staff no longer seems to care, and service has gotten pretty bad. The food is good, if you get what you ordered, which three people around us didn't. Maybe better on the weekends? No way of knowing for sure because there are better choices so close by.

I went last night with my boyfriend and a friend. The server, whose name I believe was Tina, was a little frantic, but seemed alright I guess. When we asked for more French vanilla creamer she dug into the bowl to count how many we had and walked away without another word. She took a while to take our order, but eventually came around. Then we waited an hour while she continuously looked at our table knowing that we were extremely annoyed since we hadn’t received our food and we’re being ignored. Another table got their meal first and we decided we had enough so we left some cash for the coffee on the table and left. Then another server walked out while we were headed to our cars and very rudely asked, “Are you going to pay for your food?” We all looked at her shocked and I proceeded to say we waited for an hour and determined that it was pointless to wait any longer. She tried to argue back repeatedly saying it was ready and that one of the cooks is on break. She tried to apologize for her server since she didn’t “touch bases with us”. We all knew that we definitely did not want to eat there ever again and politely said no and walked away. This Denny’s has had it’s issues with good customer service, but this was the final straw. The food isn’t worth it there and they have rude and horrible employees.

Always enjoy going to this Denny’s. Food is usually always on point. Never have to wait long for it either. Servers are pleasant. And always a nice environment. Love coming here :)

I'd like to give them no stars. Which actually makes me a bit sad because I tend to enjoy going to Denny's. This location is the worst I've ever been too. And I've been to some random ass Denny's locations. The cups were not just dirty, they were completely old and needed not to be reused. The rim was chipped and stained to a level that shouldn't be served anymore. It was actually pretty gross that someone would expect a guest to drink from it. Straw or not. For some reason my waffle was cold and the sausage wasn't cooked all the way through. Which doesn't make sense because there were only 5 other families in there at the time. So they didn't have to rush nor were they too busy. The staff was pleasant. If that matters at this point.

I used to come here with my family almost every Saturday but not anymore. The waitress told my kid to shut up for crying so I slapped her and told her not to tell him what to do. The waitress name was Tina. She Barley knew English and It was very rude for her to speak to me because I didn't understand what she said and I got upset because I thought she had a bomb. Then she asked if I wanted something from the breakfast special and I yelled "get under the table" because I thought she said "Allah akbur" the food was very good and I enjoyed it very much, but the service was too much.
