Can't get an order right. "Would you like any sauce?" Yes, Arby's sauce please. "Would you like any sauce today?" Umm... yes, Arby's sauce please... Guess what, no sauce in the bag!!

Your typical Arby's. Just a little extra ghetto. The food has always come out good; haven't had a problem with that at all. My biggest problem is the drive-thru. I've sat at the window waiting for my food for nearly ten minutes on a couple of occasions. At least I know it'll be fresh when that happens.... If you're in a rush, try another fast food place. You'll probably wait a little too long here.

Love the arby's on topanga cyn near Sherman way. They are very friendly. I go there a lot after work for my son. They now know what I usually order. My orders are special like I want wheat buns. They now remember me and have saved me numerous times when ordering. My son is autistic and if the order is not the same can be a very bad thing. The employees are unbelievably nice, patient and friendly.

Unbelievable! They ended up taking 45 minutes to get my order accurate. People were honking in the drive-thru, and I heard the mgr smarting off they could just wait extra long b/c of honking. Then I watched him throw sandwiches to the front without bothering to wrap them. One of the employees had friends show up with their parrot and hung around the whole time I was there. The mgr kept throwing trash toward an overflowing trash can but it all hit the floor and one of the girls once. It startled her and she connected that an apology would have been nice. It was a mess and completely out of control, except Samantha who looked very disturbed by how the others were acting.

I ordered 25 sliders from them the other day. They were professional, Albert went out of his way to accommodate me, and to make sure my experience was seamless, and a smooth transaction. I would definitely go here again, and wish we had one on the "East" side of the valley, and with such great service! 5 Stars for sure! Thank you!
