Our experience @ Jack today was nothing like we ever experienced @ any other fast food restaurant. The workers were so pleasant. It was Wonderful! They welcomed my family with a big Smile. They were very helpful.

Fast and efficient, teriyaki bowl, rice was soggy, but manageable.

I had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee. Aside from the extremely slow service, the coffee smelled like dirty water. I took 2 sips and couldn't drink anymore. I felt sick the rest of the evening. If a larger Hispanic man possibly wearing a name tag with Manuel and bleach blond hair serves you, I would check your food very carefully.
