Changing my previous review, food is great and the staff is nice as hell...here's my tale I ordered online, expecting to be a little late for lunch I ordered for 12:15.i showed up at 11:45 and for some reason I don't understand I'm waiting while people who cane in after me and ordered in store are getting their food and leaving...should I just not order online? Why am I waiting? The staff literally asked me what I was here for and still left be waiting! They're just standing around. Anyway since their nice enough to ruin my lunch break with this BS I'm going to take the time there waiting to write this review. Will NEVER COME Back HERE I would cancel and leave if they allowed it! Then the manager came and fixed everything, still I had enough time to write and spell check this review. NEVER ORDER ONLINE FR HERE ITS A WASTE.

I ordered the chicken pot pie with a side of Mac and cheese. The food was just ok, the cornbread was the best, and the chicken pot pie was so bland. I ended up finding a good sized bone in my food and the manager offered to make another but my appetite was done after that. I asked for a refund on the pie as I could tell the meat wasn't the freshest either. I did get a full refund but I don't think the value of the food matched the taste.

This place isn't the cleanest, but the workers are friendly and attentive. Although, to be fair, I love Boston market too much to give it anything less than 4 stars.

First time at Boston. Huge portions, definite take home. Pretty experimental sides but go for it. The bacon brussel sprouts are good. I had the turkey. GRAVY!

Love Boston Market! I wish there was more of them around. The food is so fresh and delicious!
