Last night before heading to work I stopped by to this fast food chain to grabbed some iced coffee and extreme sausage burger! Then got everything i ordered, left the store and arrived at work..I was so excited to eat my burger coz i was really hungry! then when i was starting eating it I noticed the burger doesn't taste that good so I checked what's inside on it! And tadaannnn the pati and the egg looks old! Yup (Nasty I almost threw up).. 🤑🤢 Never going back to this place again..

I must tell you all, as someone who lives in Panorama City, you as a tourist/visitor who passes by here... do NOT expect this city to be any what decent. Service in almost every store/restaurant/ect is terrible. Now, for this Jack in the Box... I am going to be honest and tell you all that me giving 1 star was just me being generous... The staff doesnt know how to read coupons and try ro rip you off saying they are correct just because they are either too lazy to fix the situation or they are just so prideful for i really dont know what reason. The manager is just like his employees, so its pointless to even deal speak to the manager about a complaint you have. The food was very little and very stiff. Not to mention i keep finding black hairs in my food! But one thing is for sure... every time i use to go to this Jack in The Box, they NEVER got my order right. They wouldnt even get my family and friend's order correct either, so i know its just them being irresponsible. Do not come here as well because of the parking. Its a very dangerous street full of poor people on drugs, hookers, and very violent people. Do not come here i suggest.

You know I've been going to this for years and never had a bad experience the time 12:40 am lady at the drive Thru was very nice even though no change for $100 she let me slide with the change very cool thanks jack

MGMT and employees attitudes and demeanors have improved due to wholesale player change outs. Overall experience was good. Dining room and restrooms were clean. Good job. On another note, please Exercise due diligence by being aware of your surroundings. Don't leave wallets, cell phones, credit cards or keys on the table. This should be done no a matter where you go, but due to area and current economic conditions there are opportunists out there. The last paragraph is be not a reflection on Jack in the Box. Just keeping the public informed. Thank you. Be safe.
