Love Panda Express. And I suggest you go to Roscoe instead You’ll get more food, you’ll be treated as a costumer and not as if you’re begging for them to feed you. Terrible service Karen

One of the best Pandas I have been to, and I've been to a lot of Pandas all over the country. Just ask the crowds that flock here at the busy times, such as after Church on Sundays. I've not been here during the slow times but at lunch, ALL of the food is fresh and hot and delicious. Excellent preparation. Excellent service. The fresh brewed tea was delicious and perfectly brewed. I didn't see any trays out which may make things cumbersome for families. I didn't ask if they were available, though. Plenty of parking available in the large strip mall where it's located. The restaurant is clean, even with the crowds. This is one of my go-to favorites in Panorama City.

I don't know if this Panda itself serves miserly portions or it's just this one. I went to this Panda Express like a month ago, and they served me one scoop of every entree I ordered. Not to mention that they weren't even filled to the top and almost everything was out. It seem like they were closing, but it was only 1 P.M. I'm the type of person who prefers quality over quantity that's why I chose this place. After this experience, I will not be returning back. The guy that served me was Asian with a hat and he seem very impatient. I found another Chinese spot on Van Nuys and Valerio St and I have to say that's it's way better than Panda Express. The Portions are huge and for a lower price which is outrageous since it should be the way around. Come check out this place not Panda Express. This is the plate I just bought at this spot on Van Nuys.

They helped someone for 10 mins and after when the line was backed up the rushed me! Got a chicken egg roll and normally at every other panda they give me sweet and sour sauce, nope. They didn’t ask me for a drink. The only thing they asked me is if I want to donate money. Very unprofessional!

We did take out. One of the items we ordered was pepper chicken. When we arrived home we found virtually no chicken in with the vegetables for the pepper chicken. We called the manager Mike, and he offered us a replacement next time we came in. Problem was the person eating the pepper chicken was on their way to work and did not get to have what they anticipated for dinner. Also service was a little slow. At the time I was there there was only one person working all the hot items. So they had to take care of everything from the chow mein to the end of the hotline. It slowed up things considerably.
