Horrible service!! Elizabeth was very rude. There is a stand off at my appartment and myself and kids can't get home. I went inside to ask for a napkin and a fork so my kids can eat while we wait. She told me that it not my problem and I need to buy something. I also ask do you charge for water she said yes. I then told her wow you are very rude. I asked for her name and her managers # she said with smurk on her face look on the door.

Very bad customer service, a worker name Elizabeth is very disrespectful and while she was being disrespectful with a customer there was also a woman manager in the back letting her talk to customers how she did. Never in my life have i ever had customer service like this . lord help her. She shouldnt have even had been hired with that type of service. I would have her out of my

Not so great and it's only one individual, everybody else is great except her. It's a skinny tall Hispanic girl, she needs more training on customer service she's just clueless. Rayann is the best employee out of them all!!!

I love subway. Here the service is fine, but it is not open until 11. Saw them closing at 10 which was very dissapointing, i was SO hungry.
