We went here for breakfast on a Sunday while visiting friends in LA at their suggestion. Our party of 5 was told there would be a 45 minute to one hour wait to be seated. We were okay with waiting as it gave us time to catch up with each other. We were also given a few menus so we were also able to decide what we wanted to order before being seated. The wait ended up being around half of what we were told and once we were seated we were served drinks immediately. Once we were all served drinks our server took our food order. Some items began to arrive shortly and all of our food arrived in less than 20 minutes. The service was very professional and prompt, our drinks never went long without being filled. The food was all outstanding. Our group tried many items including a few crepes, a spicy tequila sausage and egg scramble, cinnamon latte, corned beef, bacon, and more. Everything was top notch from taste to presentation. The price was absolutely worth the portions and tastes of what we received. We all had to stop ourselves from eating too much but wanted to finish it all. This place was totally worth the wait and the price and we will always make it a point to stop here when we pass through the area.

Busy place, especially on the weekends. My first impression, too many people crammed in a tight space, with very narrowly spaced walking isles. The parking lot area and the main entrance to this establishment appears to be discombobulated. You walk into the restaurant off the parking lot, and they make you walk through the narrow Isles to the other side in order to put your name on the waiting list, and then sit outside on hard concrete benches with no covering. Not Good! Not an easy place to attend for person with disabilities, especially when they’re very busy, or should I say crowded. I would venture to say, they are not ADA compliant. The tables are so closely adjacent to each other, and I can hear conversations of other guests two to three seats over without any problems. This is great, if you want to overhear, or listen in to everyone else’s conversations. Ironically, you have to speak loudly in order for your guest sitting across from you to hear your conversation. Considering the crowds, the service was par and the quality of our meal was average. Frankly, we ate breakfast there about two months ago, and I can’t remember what we ate. But, I recalled that the amount of food was sub par in comparison to the price tag, which I also don’t recall. Of what I do recall about the meal was the coffee. They served the coffee in small, “one finger” hold mugs. Making it and impossible to get my fat finger through the whole. So, I had to hold the mug with both hands while drinking it. I’m giving this place three stars for now. However, I will attempt to visit one more time, during the week day, when they’re not so busy. And then perhaps update my review… Stay tuned.

Once you get a table, Bea Bea's will serve you an outstanding breakfast. I don't think there's a better waffle in LA. You can get it plain or not-so, and I've been known to opt for the Nutella, strawberry and whipped cream version. Two eggs and breakfast meat can be combined with the waffle (or pancakes or french toast) for a full and delicious meal. Waits are long on the weekend and, even during the week, you will often wait for a table.

I truly love this place and the food is ALWAYS, ALWAYS ON POINT along side excellent service. I would have totally given 5 stars but there have been too many times that the hours call for them to be open and they’re closed. No explanation, just closed; like now. Should be open at 7am, it’s 9:35am and it’s closed. I have been a frequent customer since August 2017 and I have seen this far more than I want to recall.

From a tourist's perspective - must go for brunch. Tons of pancakes to choose from. I chose the ones w/ coconut and macadamia nuts. Deliciously memorable - best pancakes I ever had. Friendly, hardworking staff. From what I saw and understand - always busy. I didn't have to wait long but if that's the case - worth the wait!
