I went here for the first time ever, many people told me it was a great place to eat and hangout and they were right. The workers were all nice and brought refills constantly even when you didn't ask them for more. Prices are moderate kinda moderate but the burger and pizza slices I had were delicious! The cheese sauce that came with the big Boston appetizer platter was great! I really liked this place and hope to come back again soon.

Super loud. Really the only complaint. At least for my latest visit. The staff was attentive and friendly. Food was deliciously greasy. Try the fried pickles with a vat of ranch on the side. And any pizza, literally any pizza. (also accompanied by a vat of ranch). Be careful when you go though, it can get extremely busy.

The food is always delicious. It is similar to Bjs but the food is tastier. A local favorite. When they were located in Ontario I went all the time for the Boston creme cake but sadly it's no longer an option. I'm very satisfied with the other menu options. This place is definitely a local favorite. Great for family or some comfort food. This also a good spot to catch a game it has a full sports bar. Nice casual dining the prices are $$ good for the portion size and quality.

So this is two different times in one review. I waited to post this review to give them another chance because the manager seemed really apologetic. I had ordered food 35 minutes prior to being there due to the fact I know there times are off. The manager took my order and told me 25 minutes and so I eventually made my way there. When I got there, I waited another 20 minutes because they couldn’t find my order. When I finally got my food and headed home, I live about 30 minutes away and 15 minutes into my drive I realized half of my food was missing. I called spoke to the manager that had taken my order, I told him I would be back to pick it up.When I got there he told me the next time I come in I would have a free meal. Fast forward to today, I called in the order 45 minutes early due to there timing last time was really really off. I told the lady on the phone my wife would be picking up the order and that the manager had taken down my name for a free meal. The lady on the phone said she would take care of it when my wife got there. My wife shows up and reminds the lady about the free meal. when she goes to pay for the rest of the food, the lady had charged her for everything, so then they needed to do a refund and then recharge the correct amount. They tell my wife they are packaging up the food, 20 minutes after that my wife walks out with the food. Last time eating here.

This is a regular place for us every once in a while. Food is good; we tend to order the appetizer platter because it has a bit of everything for our family of 6. The happy hour times are more or less convenient for right after work or when out late. We're usually satisfied with our food there. Service is not bad, even when it's crowded. Every once in a while we get a fairly new server, and even then, service is not bad. I've been there with large crowds and have had good experiences with that too. They have okay alcoholic drinks too. When there's a big sports event,be prepared for a wait.
