If we could give this restaurant 10 stars we would. Absolutely the best Mexican food. Cozy place. We will drive there from laverne as it is that good. Best Carne asada around. Can't be beat.

Everything is amazing food service value

It's our little place in the mountains. Traditional fare with a few extras. Salsa and chips are well above as salsa is hot for average people. As it should be,(not just some chopped tomato's and onions). Chips are warm. They do a good chile relleno and if you like spicy, Carne de puerco is the bomb. A good burger and fries for the non Mexican foodies in the mix. Beer and wine margaritas is the only drawback. Small Town so no full bar. Our little piece of home.

Very kind people, and very big portions. They have a lovely wood burning stove that you can sit next to, and lots of interesting décor!

Food and service were both amazing at this small family run restaurant. Everythug is fresh and homemade. If you like spicy, I highly recommend the puerco, tender chunks of pork in a spicy tomato sauce served with beans, rice, and your choice of corn or flour tortillas. Portion were both generous and delicious.
