The food was great but the service was very poor. We went lastnight upon entering there were 3 employees chatting like nobody entered the resto it took about 2 to 3 minutes before We were acknowledge then showed us the booth met the server(short red colored hair lady) we ordered Brussels sprouts, meatball spaghetti and ultimate pizza the first two came but not the pizza our server came back after half an hour we told her were waiting for the pizza she left came back and said the lamest excuse that it got burnt so they will remake we just turned it down we’re almost done anyways after couple minutes I was looking for our server because I wanted to get a coffee I actually stood up and look for her I got the old and cold coffee. It was terrible service, a server should know when to serve a fresh or old coffee its part of her job to make a customer happy and not just take us for granted. Some customers will put a complaint right away but I’m not the confrontational type, just like others I will not come back at this location. Lastnight wasn’t even busy they were all just chatting in the corner but I think there were no managers on duty.
