My son’s choice for his birthday dinner. I asked the waiter to bring out all our food at the same time. We received one item at 10 after the hour and were told the rest of the food was right behind him. At 15 after the hour we received another item. Finally at 20 after we received another item. We decided to ask for a manager. It took the manager ten minutes to come to our table. He explained our food was accidentally sent to another table. He apologized and I explained we don’t eat one thing at a time, we like to eat a variety. Further explained our three dishes are now cold while we wait for the other food. He told us he would adjust the bill and offered my son a birthday dessert on the house. Finally the rest of our food came. Half our food was hot, the other half cold. So we get the bill and he took off one $13 item that was served to us late but it was hot. The five items served to us early and were cold, he left on. Our waiter came back and said he asked the manager to remove a couple more items. So I accepted that. Our waiter served us fine with what he could. Took the manager forever to get to us and then he only removed one item and when he did come back to check on us, he apologized again but it just wasn’t enough. Love P.F. Chang’s but this experience was awful.

This place is awesome. I go here about twice a week and am never disappointed. I am shocked to see that this place has a 3 star rating. The best employee in my opinion was a waiter named Shane who joked a lot. He was also very kind and helpful, and checked on us regularily. Best waiter I have ever seen ever. Also, the food here is sooo good. I'm quite fond of the hot and sour soup (even though its not sour its really good tho), the chicken lettuce wrap, and their Kids Chicken with honey sauce. Keep on being great! 😊

Basic food. It hides it's basic grub behind the decorations that make it seem legitimate and higher class. There's far more legitimate Chinese restaurants not to far from here that could use business. Staff is nice enough.

Love P.F. Chang's!!! Great service, always clean, food is bomb, attentive waiters and waitresses. Just an over all very positive experience. Big difference from the mom and pop places and the food is always fresh.

Food was great, and reasonably priced. There was a long line, but because we had a reservation, we didn't wait more than a couple minutes. Our waiter, Kyle, was excellent.
