I am a fan of the meatloaf sandwich on sourdough and the salad bar. The soups are always a treat, especially when you can add extra fresh veggies from the salad bar (I love peas in my soup). Gotta love the bakery too--not much of a pie person, but the muffins are good. I love the garlic break and cornbread you get when your order a meal.

The food was very good the service was excellent. It was our 1st time at this restaurants our server was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and extremely helpful. We received our order fast. Our server was prompt with refills and bringing everything we needed and asked for. Very pleasant experience.

Marie puts out good food, breakfast is especially good. Baked goods are top shelf. The Sherman Oaks location is one of the best. Several locations have closed in recent years, not sure if that is a sign for what's ahead for the chain.

Went for mother's day, the buffet was great and endless. Our waitress was super nice, attentive and patient so she got a huge tip, definitely going back.

I cannot recommend anything on the menu other than the pie and the salad bar. Both of those options are good. However, any entree I've ever ordered off of the menu has always been disappointing.
