The food was good and service was prompt. The location however was the worst I've ever seen. The restrooms were filthy. The soda fountains had no ice, syrups or carbonation. There were no napkins whatsoever, there were no lids that fit my cup. There was no ketchup. The windows and floor were all dirty. For some reason, the shadiest people like to hang around inside here.

Hey standard Jack in the Box franchise with decent staff and decent food. This is the Sunset Boulevard location in Hollywood, next to the Los Angeles Film School, and has a Flotsam and Jetsam kind of clientele. A very large area of seating and the service is pretty good. For the price, just like any restaurant of this type includes a McDonald's or Burger King, what you pay for fast food you could probably get for a tiny bit more a decent sit-down dining experience

Standard gross fast food (that I still eat once or twice a year). But you need to know this!!!!!! Do not park here if you're not going to jack in the box. I parked here to get a quick coffee across the street. I even went into the store, took off my jacket and left through another door. I was gone 10 min max and my car was already towed. Yes that's my fault but screw this place. It also attracts the worst people.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY AND RUDE! I ordered food from here and had three strands of hair in my food. I walked from the hotel I was staying in and brought the food back. The lady saw the hair and refused to give me my money back without the receipt. She stated that she could give me a refund for a small order, but not the large which I had purchased. She wanted us to walk back to our hotel and get the receipt for a $0.70 difference. We asked for a manager and received multiple lies about who was actually the manager. We asked for the corporate office number and the district manager's name, but we were given falsified information. I saw this was going nowhere, so I returned to the hotel room and grabbed the receipt out of our hotel's garbage. It must've been another receipt there because I grabbed the wrong one and didn't realize it until I returned to the restaurant for a second time. Again, they would not give me a refund so I told them I would return with the correct receipt. I came back a THIRD TIME. I asked to speak with a manager and everyone looked at me, but no one moved. I asked a man nearby for a manager and he lied and told me he was the manager. He then told me he had heard about me from earlier that day and said he was not giving me my money back and to take it to corporate. Confused as to what he could have heard about me without even acknowledging my receipt or being respectful to me. He hadn't seen me a day in his life so I didn't understand his attitude with me. He refused to give me my money, so now I will blog, take it to corporate, and seek justice. Then people wonder why bad things happen to them. It's this thing called KARMA, dummies! Learn the right battles to fight-- not one over $0.70! By the way, the receipt that you never cared to check is posted.

So me and my friends are making a 2 am food stop and I order a Oreo shake..... I get home and eat the rest of my food... and afterwards proceeded to my shake. I get down and dirty the bottom of the shake and BOOM. There is a nail in my drink. Sad part I thought it was the steam on the cherry. But no, it was an entire body of dead cells. Highkey, need something did about this.
