Saw this restaurant on Kitchen Nightmares a while ago and was in Pasadena this weekend so I thought I'd check it out. Delicious food, really fast service. Had the veal parmesan special and the Italian chopped salad. Jeff served us and was a really nice guy. Thank you Gordon Ramsey for inspiring another restaurant to greatness.

Excellent experience We went to Walt’s down the street and finished the evening with one of the best Italian meal we have had in quite some time. We had a large Caesar salad to start, it was excellent and enough for 4 people to have a good size portion. For dinner we had a margarita pizza and the fettuccine Alfredo. We managed our eat everything in spite of the generous portions. Highly recommend

Only decided to go to this place because it's one of the few restaurants that are still open after Gordon Ramsay visits. I ordered the baked mac and cheese,at a glance it looked good. After two bites you're completely overwhelmed by the taste of salt. I toughed it out and just ate the whole thing, boy did i make mistake. Its been 20 minutes since i ate and my lips are still dry. My friend ordered the chicken parm sanwich, just like mac and cheese it looked great. When he had a bite of the sandwich he also need a gulp of water but not because of the salt. The chicken in the sandwich was so dry and unedible. It looked the chicken was premade and reheated for the chicken parm. The waiter who served us also happened to be our chef smelled of cigarettes. I don't blame the man too much, he looked as if he was running the whole place by himself. One of the owners who could and should be helping him out but instead he spent most of the time sitting down and talking to what seemed to be a friend. I'm not so sure I'll be returning, the atmosphere was just too gloomy.
