food is great, price might be a little towards the high end but for the most part it's worth it. service on the other hand feels a little lacking. I understand they're a small family run business, but I've been there like 3~4 times now and each time, the server, even the boss lady, all seem like they're rather tired. they're not rude or anything thou, mind you. anyway, still worth a visit if you like good food.

It is impossible to get this kind of food in the U.S. There are several restaurants billing themselves as offering this kind of cuisine, but this is the most authentic. Delicious food. Owner is great. Very small, intimate space serving a rarity for the U.S. Next date I have, it'll be here. Get the 'da pan ji' if you like chicken.

Food was so great. The big plate chicken is the signature. Also the kababs are good. It can get a bit busy there and parking is limited. But there's always plenty street parking outside.

A real family-run restaurant (very impressed with the young son multitasking like a professional host/ server). I had my first Uyghur meal ever, and enjoyed the lamb skewers, the hand drawn noodles, the soup (I believe there is only one on the menu; it was great), and of course the much praised big chicken dish. The yoghurt was sweet and tasty. The salty milk tea something to have experienced once. Quite A display of regional art/ craft, but don't come for high class (the restaurant ran out of chairs when we were there with a group of 10). No alcohol served. Great experience.

The definition of a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Cash only so be sure to bring some, there's a Citibank a block down the street. Get the noodles, they're handmade in the same room.
