I used to frequent this location often, but after my last horrendous experience I will not be returning this location. First of all they overcharged me by 8 dollars because I ordered 5 sandwiches and didn't notice until I got back to the office. I went in to get food for my coworker and had specific orders for there sandwiches. Well low and behold they got 3 of 5 sandwiches incorrect. They placed meat that was supposed to go on different bread, different cheese, and condiments. Needless to say it was a big mess. When I called and spoke to the manager she did everything but coming short of calling me a liar!!! No resolution was given so I asked to speak with the owner. They gave me a number I called and he was even ruder than the lady!. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE WAY THEY TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS. ABSOLUTELY SICK THEY MAKE THE MISTAKE SEEM LIKE IT IS YOUR FAULT.... NEVER AGAIN

The quality of this location has really gone down. There bread is always hard and stale and they seem to always be out of the Italian herb and cheese. Last time I went in I think I got sick from the meatball sub. It had a different taste to it than it usually did. The next day I was deadly ill vomiting and diarrhea. Do yourself a favor and make your own sandwich, tastes better and you know what is actually going in to the food

This location sucks just like the one down the street!! They are always out of ingredients, they never have the kind of bread I want and the people that work here are stingy with the ingredients, I mean why should I keep telling them to put more veggies on. Heres a thought use the correct amount and stop trying to pinch pennies, it really turns off your clientle

I had a bad experience with the staff. They are very rude and make the whole experience very unpleasant. They also are very bad at making sandwiches. They smashed my bread and put so much mustard and mayo that when I got back to work to eat my sandwich it was a smashed soggy sorry excuse of a sandwich. Worst part was I threw the sandwich halfway out because it was just falling apart everywhere. NOT GOING BACK THANKS NO THANKS

Went to this subway location because of a bad experience at a near by location, called the manager and told him about my bad experience and they so happened to own this location as well. She explained that she was sorry for the rude staff and offered us a %10 discount which she said she called in. She never called and we didn't mention it because the %10 doesn't matter to us, the quality of customer service does, and neither of these location is worth the time and money of the fine patrons of Santa Clarita. Save your money and don't support rude people that cant even stick by there word. No integrity at all!!
