The food wasn't the best. I got a chili dog; it was about as good as one I'd find from a gas station. The root beer float was delicious, but it seemed like the ice-cream to root beer ratio was off. Not enough root beer. It was a lengthy wait for a drive-through, especially considering we were the only people there. Cost way too much for the quality of the food. Staff was very friendly, though.

How, very impelled and motivated I feel to write and post this review regarding my experience at this particular establishment. I had two of the worst experiences of my life at this dump. Visited this place on a couple of separate occasions and was treated quite unkind and rudely by the group of young employees running it. Felt most unwelcomed while there. The food was abominably detestable; cold and soggy and tasted peculiarly strange. Weird and really nasty! Whoever owns and manages this filthy, disgusting hole should be seriously fined and locked up. How could A&W allow such callous, uncaring, rude, antagonistic people to use their reputable name at such an exceedingly sickening and gross shack like this one?

Gordan Ramsay may take issue with some things but the fact they have original a&w rootbeer and floats makes up for any of their shortcomings. Good American food, quick and reasonably priced. We usually stop on the way home from big bear and it has always been a good experience.

Haven't been to an A&W in ages. Last visit was on the east coast in Connecticut. It felt nice to see a restaurant from my childhood still in existence.
