Terrible service. I go on to get a salad, and was very specific that I wanted just chicken and salad. I get to work and realize that it’s got beans, corn, like, no ranch as I asked etc. I call in to tell them (being very polite even though I don’t get to eat on a 12 hour shift) and the woman was extremely rude. She tried telling me if the receipt said “southwest salad”, then that’s what I ordered. She straight up told me I was lying!? This was tonight at 8:30. 2/17/2018. Then she told me if I didn’t bring it in now that they wouldn’t refund me. Then she lied to me and said they didn’t even open tomorrow until noon? Is this real life? LOL. I just moved here from out of state and this has NEVER happened to me before. Welcome to California.

Check your order before you leave. These guys just can’t seem to remember to put all the stuff ordered in the bag. They forgot the toy in the happy meals last time. Time before they forgot ketchup..Seriously? If you can’t remember these things I worry about what else you might forget. Washing hands? 😳

Most food is good. However their chicken nuggets are not. They leave an aftertaste.

Best ice cream I've ever had hands down! It was delicious, homemade. There are tons on flavors. Gotta go back.

It’s close to Malibu pier. If you tight on budget then this place is good for you. But if you want your vacation to be remembered then there is another best restaurant next to McDonald’s.
