I just visited this establishment and received raw bacon 3 different times. We had a party of 6 and continuously had to send back the bacon. I’m truly concerned that the cook continued to send it out that way. It literally ‘oinked’. I voiced my concern to our waitress Sarita M who is a god sent angel because she gets paid entirely too little to have to deal with such atrocities. When she brought to the table it was obviously microwaved. Which got me out of my chair. I spoke to Monique who took responsibility for the microwaved bacon and I asked for a new plate of bacon. It came back twice raw. I asked to speak to the manager who did not give me his name. He listened and took money off our meals. When it got down to paying they conveniently could not split the checks because their computers would ‘back up’ so I paid cash and the change I received was soaked in jelly rendering my money unusable in other establishments. This franchise needs a serious look.

The host Laura was very nice. However the server Jacqueline was a poor communicator. I asked her if they had chicken sausage in the form of patties and she told me “no we only have links” ... then as I was flipping through the menu I saw chicken patties. I then asked her why’d she tell me they didn’t carry patties when they’re on the menu, she said oh yeah we do. I place the order and she returns with links. Then I ask her why didn’t she bring the patties I pointed out on the menu, and she again says “we only have links” ... When she could’ve had one of her coworkers help her if she didn’t know what she was talking about. Aside from that, My hash brown were burnt i sent them back they came out burnt again and my cup of water had white stuff floating at the bottom. Will not be returning.

Tired the new Denver omelette burger. It was very good! Definite 4* experience. The fries were crispy and delicious, the burger tasty, the egg on top fluffy, and the ham was most and flavorful. Recommended!

Food is okay. Service is okay. Seems like every time I go here there's some inconsiderate jerks sitting nearby with their kids shouting and screaming and they just sit there and do nothing. Neither does the staff. I know I'm at IHOP and not a proper restaurant but still. Parking is easy. Not much else to say. A very okay experience.

First time here and LAST!! Got a dirty cup for my coffee already with lipstick on it. Asked for a new cup and got attitude. Opened up our utensils and guess what, yes that's correct. They were dirty, came with complementary chocolate on them. Yumm. Hopefully I didn't get charged for that. That's was just for our table. For the most part the food was good with the exception of the burnt toast. I saw food dropped at the kitchen and the lady just picked it up and put it back like nothing. Can't even imagine what else happens...
