Hector, my very attentive waiter just served my delicious breakfast. This is my first IHOP breakfast in 11 1/2 years. The music is pleasing for breakfast dining.. the low background conversation and occasional clatter of dishes create a homey atmosphere. Time to dig in!

Food is same but servings much smaller than used to be. A little pricey given the amount of food. Coffee a little weak.

I was in the mood for some pancakes and eggs so I wanted to come to this ihop because it is close to my house. The second I walked in the restaurant there were 5 unclean tables that were sitting dirty for an hour. I asked the employee why the tables were not clean. He said that the person or persons that was supposed to clean the table left early from his shift. Once when we sat down I was looking at the menu to see what wanted. The waiter was not very friendly and had a attitude that was unacceptable. He kept negotiating in a bad way and was yelling. I was doing a Snapchat of the tables and the manager got mad and said that you cannot record in the restaurant and I said that I was sorry and deleted the video. The other employee named Kahkia was so rude. Please stay away front this place. It was not clean and the sink in the restroom was dirty. DO NOT EAT HERE IT WAS GROSS!!!!

Delicious breakfast fare at an excellent price. I found the location to be friendly, clean and an amazing place to bring a big group of coworkers. Their portions are generous and I was surprised by the fresh taste and quality of my vegetable omelette. Our team came in for National Pancake Day and a portion of proceeds from our meal went to Children's Hospital Los Angeles. We even got free unlimited pancakes! Be sure to stop in when they're hosting a Children's Miracle Network Hospitals event.
