No complaints

I was double charged on an order made online and the owner has yet to refund my money. It's already been 2 weeks and I still haven't received any word. I've gone in twice, on my own time, to resolve this issue, but no employee at the store has the authority to perform the refund. I should not be the one going in to their store for a mistake made by the people at this Subway. I'm sure this one experience doesn't represent the store and the employees, but this experience has definitely left a bad impression on me and the management when it comes to customer care. Shame on the leadership at this Subway location!

Nice place to grab a great sandwich. Facility is very clean and staff/ sandwich artists are always serving made to order subs with a smile.

Friendly staff and great tasting sandwiches. Service is quick and I've never had any problems here.
