Certain customer service guidelines need to be improved on. Staff is normally pleasant and courteous, but have had occasions where my food was not up to Par, such as salad bowl not full, flour tortillas appeared old, parts of chicken (drumsticks and thighs) were very small, and the bowls which are supposed to be double or bigger than regular are not, especially when u use one of their coupons. It seems if you use a coupon they skimp on your food.

Today I seen gentrification at its finest. No more black people work at this location .replaced with Spanish speaking ONLY of course they said they hire black people just interesting that I did not see One. I guess it's because of the train. Chicken was still good although .

I don't either Pollo Loco a lot but when I do is always good. You can taste the difference in ingredients the freshness. Not your traditional fried chicken place here in Los Angeles. Chicken El carbon are actually good, tostada bowls are amazing. The $5 Pollo bowl combos are probably the best deal
