This place Blows,I called to place a to go order and after ringing the phone about 80 times nobody answers.so I go in person and asked why they don't answer the phone. They guy told me the girl who takes phone orders comes in later, which is a Lie because I always place an order at about 7:45am.Then I asked a girl who took my order why they don't answer the phone and she said the system is down,so I took my phone and called their number. The phone rang and she was so embarrassed because she just Lied right to my face.POOR SERVICE! P.s. the food was the worst ever. The pancakes were falling apart and the hash browns were Burt beyond recognition. So in the end my Time and Money wasn't worth going to IHOP,next time I'm going to McDonalds. It's faster, cheaper and I don't leave with my Blood Boiling.

Very horrible service. I called ahead of time to avoid the wait, only to be standing there for 15 minutes. When I got home my order was messed up. So I called the restaurant back to be placed on hold for another 15 minutes. Finally, got in touch with the manager who agreed to give me two extra pancakes, but I didn’t want to waste my gas going back, I feel this review will do the work for me.

Food is good, wait is long, always come earlier than you want if you have plans after because the wait varies from 10-40minutes depending on the days , or go on days you don't have anything planned. Weekends are the busiest usually, my friend wasn't a fan I convinced her to go with me and now she's low-key hooked, she said the coffee was bomb, about $3-4 for a small kettle which serves about 4-5 cups,
