Very bad service, so sad. I asked for white bread and flat bread. the lady got the bread and slammed it on the counter, already off to a bad start. The bread was a bit over baked, I asked for another bread and told her why , she ignored me kept cutting the bread. i said excuse me I need you to change the bread she didn't say anything turned around and in a rude voice said they are all like that. I had to leave, who wants to eat a sandwich prepared in a bad way. Workers need to get trained in customer service.

Worse subway ever. I️ came in to purchase cookies as I️ do very often from subways. Because they are infamous for their delicious cookies. And I️ asked if they cookies were soft and the young lady told me yes. So I️ purchased 6. When I️ got to my car and took a bite I️ literally almost chipped a tooth they were so hard and stale. I️ tried to return the Cookies or at least get a fresh batch and both the lady and the male seemed as if my concerns did not matter. Customer service is a zero and there were bugs flying around the food area. By far the worse subway I️ have experienced.

Came in here for my veggie wrap as always like any other subway. The server was told I wanted guacamole and he barely gave me anything. I been to over 50+ subways around the city of LA. He gave me a baby ass scoop of guaca. Then when I told him that was barely anything he decided to charge me extra. How do you charge we extra for barelt a penny size scoop?.... 2ndly When I came in the door I wasnt greeted until 10 minutes later. While the lady stood there just staring at me. Then finally she greets me. Then when I tell her I want a spinach wrap she leaves and goes to the back. 5 minutes later comes out "STINGY ASS JOSE" . What kind of Subway are you running here ? New employees are needed ASAP! HOW DOES THE MANAGER HAVE THE MANAGEMENT POSITION AND CANT SPEAK ENGLISH? WHAT THE HELL.
