the employees here are the best, always prompt, quick, and precise. I always order online and pick up, my order is always ready, just in time to get back to work and clock back in. Just today, i ordered online and when i got there, they had some technical difficulties, as do in any place, (technology is not perfect, no problem) and they apologized because i had to reorder the sandwich there. No problem at all, in the end they offered my a complimentary beverage on the house for the inconvenience. That was sweet, THIS subway has never let me down. (two thumbs up)

So I made a phone order, and when I got to the place I saw a dude doing inventory and another just chilling in the back. Did not say one word to me. No "welcome to subway" nor "hi I'll be with you in just a sec" nothing. All I got was a glance and that was it five minutes after out comes a girl from the restroom to greet me. I said I phone ordered and she was like you couldn't ring him up. His response was that I didn't say anything. Horrible service, if I would of known I would of gone to the one on 8th and soto
